1. Plastic bottle, cut 4-6inches below the neck (for the body)
2. Deodorant roll-on ball (for the head)
3. Mesh sash
4. Lace
5. Gold wire (for the halo)
6. Duct tape
7. Double-sided adhesive tape
8. Feather garland (for the pair of wings)
9. Plastic rope (for the hair)
10. Ribbon
11. Pair of scissors
12. Pliers
13. Lonely earing (or fancy button)

Let's start making the angel's head.
Make a double loop and intertwine the wire to form a halo.
Prepare to make the hair using the straw plastic rope
That's double-sided adhesive tape

I used duct tape to anchor the halo
Angel's head completed.
Let's make the body.
The slits will make the mesh follow the contour of the plastic bottle
Tape at the bottom right to the edge
This piece of lace will be the angel's dress
Layer the lace...
...as shown in the picture
Cover the bottle's neck with lace
Attach the head to the body using a strip of duct tape.
Now an angel minus the wings :-D
Tape the ends of the feather garland
Attach to the back using duct tape
Secure it well (what a mess!)
This is how I made the arms using a ribbon. The knot will serve as the hands clasped together
A lonely earing for embellishment
The belt
I used a piece of lace to hide the mess where the wings are attached.
Tape the arms to the sides
