Let's start making the angel's head.
Make a double loop and intertwine the wire to form a halo.

Prepare to make the hair using the straw plastic rope
![Picture](/uploads/5/7/8/9/5789312/9440727.jpg)
That's double-sided adhesive tape

Hair
![Picture](/uploads/5/7/8/9/5789312/3212429.jpg)
Long, straight hair for my Christmas angel :-D
![Picture](/uploads/5/7/8/9/5789312/4193896.jpg)
I used duct tape to anchor the halo
![Picture](/uploads/5/7/8/9/5789312/8565893.jpg)
Angel's head completed.
![Picture](/uploads/5/7/8/9/5789312/9416833.jpg)
Let's make the body.
![Picture](/uploads/5/7/8/9/5789312/3665886.jpg)
The slits will make the mesh follow the contour of the plastic bottle
![Picture](/uploads/5/7/8/9/5789312/4680135.jpg)
Tape at the bottom right to the edge
![Picture](/uploads/5/7/8/9/5789312/9634734.jpg)
This piece of lace will be the angel's dress
![Picture](/uploads/5/7/8/9/5789312/2492360.jpg)
Layer the lace...
![Picture](/uploads/5/7/8/9/5789312/1299329.jpg)
...as shown in the picture
![Picture](/uploads/5/7/8/9/5789312/6299467.jpg)
Cover the bottle's neck with lace
![Picture](/uploads/5/7/8/9/5789312/681191.jpg)
Attach the head to the body using a strip of duct tape.
![Picture](/uploads/5/7/8/9/5789312/1430770.jpg)
Now an angel minus the wings :-D
![Picture](/uploads/5/7/8/9/5789312/1452360.jpg)
Tape the ends of the feather garland
![Picture](/uploads/5/7/8/9/5789312/4137522.jpg)
Attach to the back using duct tape
![Picture](/uploads/5/7/8/9/5789312/378000.jpg)
Secure it well (what a mess!)
![Picture](/uploads/5/7/8/9/5789312/9439832.jpg)
This is how I made the arms using a ribbon. The knot will serve as the hands clasped together
![Picture](/uploads/5/7/8/9/5789312/3010677.jpg)
A lonely earing for embellishment
![Picture](/uploads/5/7/8/9/5789312/956576.jpg)
The belt
![Picture](/uploads/5/7/8/9/5789312/9512686.jpg)
I used a piece of lace to hide the mess where the wings are attached.
![Picture](/uploads/5/7/8/9/5789312/9101368.jpg)
Tape the arms to the sides
![Picture](/uploads/5/7/8/9/5789312/6763827.jpg)
