I was not expecting this project would be a success.  
I just experimented with the folding mechanism and surprisingly, it worked!

1. Cardboard (in this project, I recycled a file folder)
2. Cloth
3. Paper puncher
4. Ribbon
5. Pen
6. Paper glue
7. Double-sided tape
8. Pair of scissors
